To deliver

ANAÏ V pillows have a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. If you'd like to pick up your order at the store in Leidsche Rijn Centrum, you can do so three business days after placing your order. All products are in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible after ordering. You'll receive a confirmation of your order with a track and trace code once it's shipped.

 

Returns

We strive to deliver the pillows to your satisfaction and in the best possible way. The pillows are handmade and there are only a few of them, making them unique. If your order isn't entirely to your liking, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, including the original shipping materials and shipping bag. Please send an email to info@vianalou.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your name and order number in the subject line, so we can process your request. Once we have confirmed your email, you will receive the return address and can return your item(s).

Please note: you are responsible for paying for return shipping . The refund will be processed within 10 business days.
