Interior Design

The project's concept—a New York loft vibe with unobstructed water views in an area with international allure and hotspots—and the open space of the penthouse immediately appealed to the client. They wanted to extend this feeling into the interior.

 

This design uses a shell plan to create a two-story layout. The ground floor comprises the hall, restroom, game room, kitchen, dining room, and living room with a loft. The upper floor features a master bedroom with a separate bathroom and three bedrooms with a bathroom and restroom. A closet has been designed for the dining room.
